01 Read the public price
We read the price at entry, at a normal monthly tier, and at the volume floor. The floor is a note. The entry is the cell. Traffic expiry, VAT and coupons are part of the price.
02 Keep the units apart
Per GB and per IP never share a column. A visit is not a third price: it is gigabytes divided by a page weight the reader supplies. A session is rotating, sticky, or a static lease. Sticky is a timer on the same meter. Per-successful-request products are a different SKU and are not in this index. Targeting and KYC are fields. Pool sizes in the hundreds of millions stay vendor claims.
03 Order for someone who has not tested
Decodo is first because a normal team can start, target a city or an ASN, and leave. Oxylabs is second when enterprise targeting and a readable company door are worth the entry premium. Bright Data is third when the platform is the product and the residential door is narrower. Cheaper meters sit lower until your own URL list makes them the right bill. We do not print success rates.

Rates were checked against public pages for this 28 Sep 2026 edition. They move. Confirm the vendor before you pay. A wrong rate is a bug: email the author.
