Proxy-Sellerproxy review
Proxy-Seller is a static IP shop. Dedicated ISP proxies are cited from about $3 per IP, with the country moving the sticker. You are not buying a rotating residential gigabyte. You are leasing an address.

Our reading
Who this provider is for
I use Proxy-Seller when the requirement is a dedicated ISP IP in a specific country and Webshare’s shared $0.30 line is too shared. I do not use them as a residential bandwidth vendor. If the job is per GB, this is the wrong menu.
Open it if Dedicated static ISP, country lists, buyers who want the IP to be theirs.
Skip it if You need rotation, a $1 gigabyte, or a pool measured in millions. Different product.
How we compare ratesStrengths
- Dedicated, so the neighbor problem is smaller
- Country list is the catalog
- HTTP and SOCKS5 on a static product people already understand
Limits
- From $3 is a floor. Some countries cost more
- The citation is a roundup of their public start price, not a full grid we retyped
- No residential per-GB cell in this sample
Same standard, every vendor
What we checked on Proxy-Seller
Four checks. Not a score, and not a paid rank.
Door
Static IP shop. Country first, then the monthly lease.
Entry rate
Dedicated ISP cited from $3 per IP. Confirm the country on their calculator.
What we refuse to score
Proxy-Seller does not get a success rate, a millisecond average, or a pool-size audit on this page. Those are claims. Your URL list is the test.
Money
Outbound buttons can be affiliate. They are labeled. The order is editorial. A cheaper cell does not automatically outrank a provider you can start and leave.

The country is the SKU
A world mix and a single expensive country are not the same $3. Open the calculator for the country you need. The ‘from’ price is the door, not the invoice.
